ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND IN MESSAGES Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show net operating income, occupancy and the items that need your attention. In Messages, send a tenant a Rent due card that opens straight to payment. SECURE BY DESIGN Sign in with Face ID and get a push notification when rent is paid or a repair request comes in. You can delete your account from the app at any time. PLANS Owners subscribe to a KeyRing plan in the app with an auto-renewing In-App Purchase subscription, monthly or annual, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
