RunLock helps you break automatic scrolling by turning app access into a movement goal. Choose the apps or categories you want to protect with Apple Screen Time, then unlock them by walking, running, or completing step goals. Instead of opening distracting apps on autopilot, RunLock gives you a simple pause: move first, scroll later. Features: - Protect apps and categories with Apple Family Controls - Unlock access through walking, running, or step goals - Set individual goals for selected apps or categories - Use intentional emergency unlocks when needed - Track daily progress, streaks, and weekly insights - Connect Apple Health for read-only step and distance progress - Keep selected app identities private on your device RunLock is built for digital wellbeing, focus, and healthier screen habits. It is not medical advice. Health data is used only to measure progress toward your movement goals and is never used for advertising.
