「screenworkout」は、筋トレを終えるまで指定したアプリをブロックできる習慣化アプリです。 SNSや動画を開く前に、まず運動。取り組むトレーニングを設定し、完了するとブロックが解除されます。スマホを我慢するのではなく、使いたい気持ちを運動のきっかけに変えます。 運動を続けたいのに、ついスマホを触ってしまう。そんな毎日を、シンプルなルールで変えてみましょう。 ※アプリのブロックには、スクリーンタイムへのアクセス許可が必要です。
