Filmclusive

Filmclusive helps film, television, and creative teams organize trusted collaborators, check availability, collect referrals, and manage staffing decisions in one easy to use workspace. When you are looking to hire someone, or someone asks you for a referral, instead of chasing scattered texts, emails, DMs, spreadsheets, and memory-based referrals, Filmclusive gives creative professionals a simple way to move from “Who do I know?” to “Who is available and ready to move forward?” Why use Filmclusive when you already have 10 other social media methods? Because everyone has 10 social media methods. That's the problem. Hairdresser Haley is on IG Props Master Jim is on Linkedin Gaffer Greg only has texting/email Actor Annie is on Facebook Groups Costumer Cathy only With Filmclusive, you can: Build and manage your trusted roster Let your roster users update their own profile information (skills, expertise, contact info, location, etc.) Organize collaborators by role, location, skills, notes, and relationship context Send availability checks for real opportunities Include key details like role, date, location, rate, and project context Collect Available, Depends, or Unavailable responses Track referrals when someone trusted recommends another person Manage practical staffing states like Soft Hold, Pass, Release, and Booked Keep hiring and production coordination clearer across projects and teams Filmclusive is built around how entertainment staffing actually works: people rely on trusted networks, personal judgment, timing, availability, referrals, and follow-through.
