About Cal it: Calorie Counter

Cal it is a calorie and macro tracker that keeps everything on your phone. No account. No sign-up. No server to trust. Open it and start logging. FOUR WAYS TO LOG Scan a barcode and Cal it looks the product up in Open Food Facts. Search 51,000 foods from eight national food tables — the USDA's, and the official tables of Germany, France, the UK, Canada, Japan, Korea and Taiwan — all built in and working with no signal. Photograph the meal. Or type it in yourself. SNAP NOW, SORT IT OUT LATER Eating out is where most food diaries break. Cal it lets you photograph what arrives — one plate or the whole table — and work out what was in it when you get home. Every shot is saved to the day and the meal the moment you take it, so nothing is lost between the restaurant and the sofa. BEYOND CALORIES Protein, carbs and fat on every screen, plus fiber, sugars, saturated fat, sodium, cholesterol and the vitamins and minerals behind them. Set a target for any of them. Put a cap on the ones you are watching and Cal it warns you before you log the portion, not after the day is spent. A DAY OR A WEEK Hold your target to the day if you like a clean line, or to the week if Friday never looks like Tuesday. The verdict comes from the average, so one big dinner does not sink the week. KNOW YOUR NUMBER The TDEE screen works out what you burn from your height, weight, age and how you actually move, then turns your goal into a daily target — steady, standard or faster. It tells you plainly that every formula is an estimate, and shows the range. PLAN THE WEEK Build plans, drop them on the days you want, and Cal it derives the shopping list — grouped by aisle, with the meals you are eating out booked in and left off the list. HOW YOU EAT Nine patterns, from vegetarian, halal and kosher to keto and low carb, plus the things you avoid. They reshape the macro split without moving your calories, and Cal it shows how much of your own food library still fits. EVERYTHING ELSE Weight and trends. Water. Supplements and medications, with what is left in the bottle. Recipes you cook and dishes you order. Reminders that do not nag. Apple Health. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, German, French, Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese. Each country's own food table comes with it, so searching in your language finds the food you actually eat. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no account to make and no server holding your diary. Your log, your photos and your weight stay on the device. Scanning a barcode asks Open Food Facts about that one product and nothing else. Back it up with your iPhone, export the lot as CSV — free, always — or delete everything in one tap. CAL IT PRO The full vitamin and mineral panel, targets and planning with target versus actual, supplement inventory, weekly nutrient reports and the detailed 30-day report. Yearly or monthly, each with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
