• Apple Watch — today's doses on your wrist. Tap to log one or take it back, and put your progress and next dose on your watch face. • GLP-1 mode — an optional hub for your journey: next injection, weight, dose steps, injection sites, side effects, refills and progress photos. Plus two new GLP-1 widgets. • Dose plans for any schedule — step a dose up or down over time, weekly injections included. Start from the usual plan for common GLP-1 medicines, then match it to your prescription. • Pharmacies — link each medication to the pharmacy that fills it, with its Rx number and one-tap refill calls. Refill reminders now say where to go. • A clearer medication page — next dose, adherence and doses left right at the top, with a 30-day adherence strip. • Where Doses Slip — Analytics now spots the time of day, weekday or medication where doses most often get missed. Health charts also show when they were last updated. No account, no ads, no tracking. Your health data stays on your own iPhone and Apple Watch unless you turn on iCloud backup or export it yourself.
