Flux: Daily Planner & Tasks

Flux unifies your todo list and calendar into one machined timeline. Time is the list — a task with a time attached is a calendar event, and your whole day reads like an instrument panel. CAPTURE NATURALLY Type or speak tasks with times and durations. Flux parses intent on device — "gym at 6 for an hour" lands on your timeline without switching apps. ONE VIEW FOR THE WHOLE DAY Scheduled tasks, optional calendar overlay, and a live Now line share a single grid. See what's scheduled, what's unscheduled, and where you are in the day at a glance. RICH TASK PAGES Every todo opens into a focused page — title, schedule, subtasks, notes, and attachments without leaving the flow. VOICE RAMBLE Hold the mic and talk through your day. On-device transcription keeps speech private. Optional Cloud AI can turn a ramble into structured tasks when you opt in. ORGANIZE BY AREA Group work, personal, and side projects into areas. Filter without fragmenting your day. WIDGETS & SIRI Today's agenda on your Home Screen. Shortcuts and Siri intents for capture and completion on the go. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Sign in with Apple. No third-party analytics or ad SDKs. Export your data or delete your account anytime in Settings. Cloud AI is off by default. FLUX PRO (OPTIONAL) The core planner is free: timeline, natural-language capture, sync, recurrence, widgets, notifications, and on-device voice transcription. After you sign in with Apple, you land on the full timeline — no paywall.
