About Sips: Water Tracker

Sips is a water tracker for Apple Watch. You log a drink from your wrist, and that’s about all there is to it. LOGGING The main screen has a button for your usual bottle size, so most of the time logging is one tap. Swipe up for 250, 500, 750 or 1,000 mL, or use the Digital Crown to pick any amount from 50 to 2,000 mL. If you log something by mistake, you can delete it from today’s list in Settings. YOUR DAILY GOAL Your goal starts at 35 mL per kilogram of body weight. Sips reads your weight from Apple Health, or you can enter it yourself. On days you work out, the goal goes up a bit to cover what you burned. APPLE HEALTH Everything you log is saved to Apple Health, and Sips keeps no copy of its own. There’s no account, no server and nothing to sign up for. Your data stays in Health with the rest of your health data. ON YOUR WATCH FACE A ring on the main screen fills up as you drink. Add the complication to your watch face to see your progress without opening the app, and tap it to jump straight in.
