About Bleary: Migraine Tracker

What if you could get ahead of your next migraine instead of just enduring it? Bleary is your companion for understanding your migraines and no longer flying blind. Log an attack in under 10 seconds and discover which days carry the most risk by crossing your migraines with barometric pressure and other signals from your body. Bleary works with a Bleary Pro subscription (with a 7-day free trial): all features described below require an active subscription. Here's what Bleary does: GET AHEAD OF THE WEATHER Your iPhone has a barometer built in. Bleary uses it to correlate your migraines with barometric pressure, give you a 7-day pressure forecast, and alert you on high-risk days. The pressure–migraine correlation is the heart of the app. LOG IN SECONDS One big button: the attack started. Another tap: it's over. Afterwards, if you want, add intensity, pain location, symptoms, medication, and a note. Everything is optional — because nobody wants to fill out forms mid-attack. UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS Bleary relates your attacks to pressure, sleep, caffeine, hydration, and your cycle. See your trends in clear cards, in the calm style of the Health app — no impossible charts. YOUR REPORT FOR THE DOCTOR Export a PDF report with your migraine history, symptoms, and medication for your next neurologist appointment. What you used to reconstruct from memory, you now bring in writing. DESIGNED FOR WHEN IT HURTS Dark mode by default, soft colors that don't hurt with photophobia, and a companion during the attack: guided breathing, a timer, and live pressure. Choose the color that calms you most. Why Bleary and not another app? Because you don't need to fill in a thousand fields or join any community. Your health data never travels to any server of ours: it stays on your iPhone and syncs privately across your devices with iCloud. Simple, private, and built to be there for you — even on your worst day. Disclaimer: Bleary is a self-awareness and tracking tool. It does not diagnose and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional; always consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. — BLEARY PRO SUBSCRIPTION — Bleary Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. It includes a 7-day free trial. · Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (and at the end of the free trial) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. · You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
