About Pane Planner
Know which customers are due, keep the details for each job close to hand, and record what happened before moving on. Pane Planner brings your window-cleaning rounds, customer notes and visit history together on iPhone and iPad. Start free with one active round and up to 30 active customers. Pro adds more active capacity, proof photos, PDF and CSV exports, saved filters and branded documents. PLAN YOUR DAY See due, overdue and upcoming customers in Today. Group customers into rounds and arrange their order to suit the way you work. KEEP THE DETAILS WITH THE CUSTOMER Keep addresses, contact details, access notes and service notes together. Check previous visits before you start the next job. RECORD EACH VISIT Record completed, skipped, deferred or partial visits, add notes and review the next due date. Return to an unfinished visit using saved drafts. PREPARE RECORDS TO SEND WITH PRO Create a PDF invoice, job summary or detailed visit record. Add your business details and logo, preview the document, then save or share it. Attach proof photos to visits and export customer or visit records as CSV. BRING YOUR CUSTOMER LIST Import customer details from a CSV file. Map the columns and review the proposed import before saving. PLAN ON A BIGGER SCREEN Pane Planner is also available for iPad and Mac. One Pro subscription covers Mac, iPhone and iPad. Optional private iCloud sync connects supported records on devices using the same Apple Account, with sync enabled on each device. YOUR RECORDS, CLOSE TO HAND Start without a Pane Planner login. Records stay on your device by default. Optional private iCloud sync uses your Apple Account; RGT Software does not receive those records. What’s new
Version 2.1 · Updated October 17, 2026
Plan your day. Work your round. • Choose the customers you want to visit and save a plan for a particular day, without changing their due dates. • Review a suggested stop order and driving estimates, with your own start and finish points. • Check destinations on a map and save a pin for the garden you need to work on. • Open your route in Apple Maps, or navigate one stop at a time. • Work through your round with customer notes and visit recording close at hand. Pause and resume, or replan the stops still to do. • Keep saved plans and destination pins together across your devices with optional iCloud sync. Your daily plan stays separate from your usual round order unless you choose to change it. Update Pane Planner on every device before enabling sync for the new planning features.
