Unscroll AI: App Blocker

Stop doomscrolling by making screen time something you earn. Unscroll blocks distracting apps, then gives you one minute back for every camera-counted rep—or more time through daily steps. Move, unlock, and scroll on your terms. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Camera-based rep counting happens on your device. Your video is never recorded, stored, or uploaded. HOW IT WORKS • Choose the apps that pull you into endless scrolling • Complete push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, or daily steps • Earn screen time and use it when you choose • Apps lock again when your earned time runs out • Track streaks, movement, blocks, and screen-time trends WHY UNSCROLL • Turn an urge to scroll into movement • Build consistency without relying on willpower alone • Make daily exercise part of your normal phone routine • See the relationship between movement and screen use • Optionally create an account to sync progress across devices Free to download.
