About Gymtrack: Lift, Run, Track

Most training apps make you choose: a lifting log, or a running app. Gymtrack is one log for both - barbell work, timed intervals and distance sessions, in the same place, with the same history. LOG EVERY KIND OF SESSION Strength exercises with sets, reps and load. Time-based and distance-based work. Bodyweight movements, and your own body weight over time. One session, one log, whatever the training looks like. BUILD WORKOUTS YOUR WAY Create custom templates for the sessions you repeat. Choose from 350+ exercises with previews, or add your own when the catalogue does not have it. SEE PROGRESS, NOT JUST HISTORY Every exercise has its own progress chart and a page with your personal records: best volume, best weight and estimated 1RM. After each workout you can also see which muscles did the most work. SHARE WHAT YOU DID Finish a session and turn it into a post-workout card worth putting on social. BUILT FOR EVERYDAY TRAINING Dark mode, fast logging, and strength, time, distance, body weight and records kept together. Whether you lift, run, or do both in the same week, Gymtrack gives you one consistent way to log training and see it add up.

What’s new

Version 1.1.0 · Updated September 28, 2026

Most of Gymtrack has been redesigned in this update, and every exercise now has its own page for following your progress. • Open any exercise to see a chart of your recent sessions and every personal record you have set on it. • Each workout now shows which muscles did the most work. • You can share an exercise's progress or records as a card, the same way you share a workout. • The dashboard has a new look. It reminds you to weigh in and lets you log your body weight right there. • The workouts tab has been redesigned, and so has the summary you see after finishing a session. • You get a bit of encouragement each time you finish a workout. • Profile now has its own tab, with settings inside it. • Native iOS date pickers and plenty of smaller fixes.
