Trad Buddy

Trad Buddy connects trad players through the tunes they share. Learn the tunes your session plays, and play in. FRIENDS AND SESSIONS Scan a friend's code at the table and see the tunes you both play, and what's new to you. Start a group for your session: see its tunes, how many you play, and what to learn next. Make a set everyone can play. A PLAYER BUILT FOR TRAD Staff notation with GDAE tab for banjo, mandolin and fiddle, and DADGAD for guitar. Real reel swing and jig lilt; slow it down, loop a part, change key. Plays even with your phone on silent. BLIND SETS Surprise me. One pint per tune, and the next tune shows its first bars just before the change. HUP! YOUR TUNEBOOK 11,700+ tunes from TheSession.org: reels, jigs, hornpipes, polkas, slides and more. Mark what you know and what's gone rusty, and level up through 100 ranks as your repertoire grows. Made by a musician, for musicians: big, clear and uncluttered. Works offline. No ads. Optional sign-in keeps your tunes in sync across your devices.
