About Signal not Noise: Todo List

Most to-do apps reward you for adding more. Signal not Noise does the opposite. You get three things a day. Finish them and they move to your archive; leave them and they carry to tomorrow. That's the whole idea - a focus list that protects your attention instead of filling it. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Three a day, on purpose. A hard limit that forces you to choose what actually matters. • Habits that come back. Make any item repeat daily, weekly, or every few days. Finish it and it schedules its own return. • An AI that knows your work. Set your goals and feed it notes, PDFs or photos as context, so its suggestions are grounded in what you're actually trying to do. • Real "done." Add checkable completion criteria to any item - it only completes when every box is ticked. • Bring your own AI. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-capable assistant and it can see your list and add to it from anywhere. • Just ask. A natural-language bar lets you create an item, refine it ("make it shorter," "add a deadline"), or change an existing one - with a preview before anything changes. • Nothing wasted. Your finished work becomes the memory the AI draws on tomorrow. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add up to three focus items — type them, or let the AI suggest one. 2. Break each into concrete criteria you can tick off. 3. Finish them. Completed items archive automatically; the rest roll over. 4. Over time, your goals, archive and context make the AI's recommendations sharper. Signal not Noise is for people who'd rather finish three things that matter than juggle thirty that don't. The AI assistant and connectors are part of the Signal AI subscription, with weekly, monthly and yearly plans. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. What’s new

Version 1.0.6 · Updated August 28, 2026

• Sign in with Google. Create your account or sign back in with one tap, alongside Sign in with Apple and email. • A smoother start. Add your first items straight away; the app introduces Signal AI once you've seen your day, and the free plan is clearer: three focus items a day, always free. • Better reminders. The optional daily reminder now arrives at a sensible morning hour instead of the moment your day resets, and the app offers to set it up at the right moment. • Small fixes and polish behind the scenes.
