Whether you manage pain, fatigue, autoimmune flares, migraines, eczema, asthma or any long-term condition, it helps you keep an honest record of how you feel, in your own words. This is a personal log to help you notice patterns and prepare for appointments. It is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a measuring device. This app offers a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, and an annual subscription. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available.
