Vettly Companion: Teen Safety

Your online safety copilot. Check messages, links, and people, and get clear answers, not scare tactics. Vettly Guardian for teens is the teen side of Vettly Family. It helps you spot risks you might miss at first glance, understand why something is risky, and decide what to do next. Your checks stay private unless you choose to share them. CHECK ANYTHING • Check a message - paste a DM or add a screenshot. Screenshots are read on your phone and never uploaded. • Check a link - spot fake giveaways, lookalike sites, and pages that try to steal your account. • Check a person - look for warning signs of fake, impersonating, or predatory accounts. • Ask Guardian - ask a question in your own words and get calm, practical advice. YOU'RE IN CONTROL • Clear results: what we found, and why it matters • Next steps that fit: block, report, save evidence, or tell a trusted adult • Choose your trusted adults and how you want help • Share a result with your family when you want backup. They see what Guardian found, never the original message. LEARN AS YOU GO Short lessons with real examples: spotting scams, grooming tactics, impersonation, and protecting your info. WHAT'S ALWAYS VISIBLE • You see exactly what Vettly can and can't see • Private conversations, your message history, and your photos stay private • One-tap help and one-time check-ins, only when you choose • You can request a privacy pause; your parent decides Vettly Guardian for teens supports ages 13-17. A Vettly Family parent account and a parent-approved invite code are required.
