About PACE_APP

Time blindness isn't a discipline problem. It's a visibility problem. PACE gives you two instruments. Routines handle the next ten minutes. Journeys handle the next ten months. Both do the same thing: they take the arithmetic you can't do in your head and put it on screen, continuously. ROUTINES — for the parts of the day that keep slipping Give each task a time limit. Start the routine. PACE tracks you against the plan in real time and tells you whether you're ahead or behind — not at the end, but right now, on the task you're doing. - Live pace tracking. Every task shows time remaining and whether you're gaining or losing ground. - Adaptive timing. Started fifteen minutes late? PACE shortens the tasks you've allowed it to shorten, proportionately, so you still make it. - Arrive targets. Add a destination and PACE folds in live travel time — driving, walking, or biking — then works backwards to the exact minute you should start. - Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. The countdown lives outside the app. You don't have to unlock your phone to know where you stand. - Apple Watch. The last seconds of every task buzz your wrist. Advance without touching your phone. JOURNEYS — for the goals that take months Twenty minutes a day is invisible until something counts it. Journeys log every session against a long-term goal and show you the total you've actually accumulated. - Sessions, hours, and milestones tracked automatically. - Honest progress math: how far along you are, and what this week still owes you. - Time banked — the hours you put in that you'd never otherwise have noticed. NEEDS ATTENTION — nothing slips quietly One list on the home screen surfaces everything drifting. Amber for overdue or behind pace. Gray for gone quiet. Green for on track today. You see it the moment you open the app. BUILT FOR - Adults with ADHD and anyone who loses time without meaning to - People who keep starting the same habit and can't tell if it's working - Anyone who does the morning routine every day and is somehow still late - Students who need a system for keeping track of assignments, projects and study habits. Keep pace with time — minute to minute, and month to month. PACE Pro subscription: $6.99/month or $49.99/year, each starting with a 7-day free trial. What’s new

Version 1.3 · Updated October 3, 2026

Nobody runs alone anymore. • Accountability (beta). Pick a routine, hand a friend your six-character code, and their phone hears about it the moment you fall behind — by name, with the minutes. They'll also hear when you claw it back, get back on pace, and finish. They can peek at your live progress anytime; you can rotate the code or disconnect whenever. • Group Run (beta). One leave-by time for the whole crew. Everyone keeps their own routine — PACE quietly aims each one at the shared departure — and a live board shows who's on pace, who's behind, who's ready. The organizer gets a nudge when someone's slipping, without watching the board. When your run's done, your routine returns to its own schedule. • Quieter when it should be. Finish a routine early and the rest of today's start reminders stand down. Archived routines and deleted milestones never ring again. The PACE chime now means exactly one thing: a routine needs you. • Behind is a plan, not a verdict. When the target's tight, PACE names the lever — skip a task and get back on target — never says you can't make it. Plus: smarter arrival and departure detection on multi-stop trips, and dozens of refinements.
