Lumen: Red Light Calculator

Pay once for Pro. No subscription, no ads, no account. Works offline. Lumen is the iOS calculator and session log for owners of consumer red light panels. Pick your panel, set your distance and duration, and get a J/cm² dose with biphasic-window guidance — cited to peer-reviewed PBM literature by PMID. Track cumulative dose per body region with the Arndt-Schulz biphasic guardrail. Brand-aware preset library covers Mito Red Light, Joovv, and GembaRed, with per-model peak irradiance sourced from LightLab International Allentown (ISO/IEC 17025-accredited) or each vendor's published spec page. Not a medical device. Lumen does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It is a calculator, a citation reference, and a session log. You bring the goals; Lumen does the dose math against the literature. Why named-source citations matter: photobiomodulation literature is rich but inconsistently summarized. Lumen surfaces "Cited to Huang/Hamblin 2011 PMID 22461763" on every dose band, "Cited to Freitas/Hamblin 2016 PMID 28070154" on the mechanism explainer, and per-panel LightLab or vendor URLs on every irradiance value. Every default traces to a source you can verify yourself.
