About ReThink: Mental Fitness

Come as you are. Grow from here. Some thoughts arrive before you can think: the worst case, the harsh voice, the feeling that it will all go wrong. ReThink is a daily practice for meeting those thoughts differently. Catching an unhelpful thought and holding it next to a more balanced one is a skill, and like any skill, it gets stronger with practice. ReThink is built on cognitive restructuring, the core skill of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), one of the most researched, evidence-based approaches in mental health. We turned it into a short practice you do on your own terms. Think of it like exercise for the way you think: short, regular, and yours. How it works Make it yours. You create scenarios from your own life, the situations that get to you. For each one, you add the unhelpful thoughts that show up there and the balanced ones you want to reach for instead. Or let the coach help: an AI guide, designed by a psychologist and grounded in CBT, builds a scenario with you in a short conversation, and you review and edit it before it's yours. Practice. Today's session waits on Home: pick 3, 5 or 10 minutes and begin. Push the unhelpful thought away, pull the balanced one in, one thought at a time. On a busy day, three minutes still count. Over time, reaching for the balanced thought becomes more automatic. See what changes. Every few practices, you check in on each scenario: how distressing it feels, how much it gets in the way, and how confident you feel handling it. Progress shows how each scenario is changing, with an estimate of how long your scenarios tend to take to reach a healthy level. What you get - Scenarios in your own words, and a coach to help you start one (needs a connection) - Check-ins on distress, interference and confidence for every scenario, and a well-being check-in every two weeks - How ReThink works: a short guide to the thinking behind the practice - Works offline: practice anywhere, and it syncs when you're back online - Your scenarios, thoughts and scores are encrypted with a key unique to you, and your data is never sold - No streaks and no guilt. Reminders fit around something you already do - Connect with your therapist if you have one, and choose what they see - Available in 10 languages Who it's for Anyone whose thinking sometimes runs ahead of them: pressure at work, a relationship going through a hard time, a conversation you keep replaying, the voice that says you're not good enough. Whether you're in the middle of something right now, waiting for help, working with a therapist, or doing this on your own. ReThink is a practice, not a replacement for professional care. It works alongside therapy, before it, after it, and for everyone who never gets to it. If you're in crisis, please contact a local helpline or emergency services.
