About Gaveki — ADHD Focus App

You do not need another plan. You need the next thing. GAVEKI takes what is in your head and gives you one clear move to start on. Not a schedule to build. Not a system to maintain. One thing, and then the next one. It is for people who know exactly how much they have to do and still cannot start — the overloaded, the stuck, and anyone whose brain works this way, including people with ADHD. HOW IT WORKS 1. BRAIN DUMP. Type it or say it, in any order, however it comes out. No categories, no priorities, no due dates. Gaveki turns the mess into a plain list you can check before anything lands. 2. CHOOSE TODAY’S THREE. Not everything. Three for today; the rest waits in Later without nagging you. 3. GET ONE NEXT MOVE. Gaveki picks one thing and tells you why. If it is too big, make it smaller. If you are stuck, say so. 4. FOCUS. Start it, with a timer if you want one — five minutes counts. Nothing else on the screen. 5. DONE. Mark it, and the next move is already there. WHAT ELSE IS THERE • RESCUE ME, for the days you cannot even look at the list. Say what is in the way and one thing comes back — never the list again. • Morning and evening routines, kept apart from your tasks, with reminders that arrive on time. • Progress you can look back on: what you finished, streaks, a weekly review. • Come back after a week away and nothing scolds you. A run of days that ends simply stops being shown; you are never told you broke it. • Sign in with an email link. No password to remember. • A calm, quiet design that works in the dark too. GAVEKI PRO Free is enough to see that Gaveki works — the whole loop, every day. Pro is for the rest of the day: every time your head fills up again, Gaveki is still there to decide what you do next. Pro also adds separate workspaces (work, home, that project), custom routines, and a coach that talks in the voice you choose. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your App Store subscription settings. Restore Purchases is in Settings. GAVEKI is a focus and productivity tool. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. What’s new

Version 2.1.3 · Updated October 5, 2026

• Rescue me: say what has gone wrong and Gaveki picks one thing to do next, not a list. • Focus rooms: six quieter places to work, each with a background and a countdown — a library, a café, a forest, a bright study, a bedroom, a desk at night. • Invite: get a link of your own and see what it brings in. • Saving your profile works again — name, picture and bio all stick. • Layout and large-text fixes throughout.
