Circly - Circles Sales Tracker

Circly is the all-in-one management platform built specifically to take the chaos out of coordination, so you can spend less time handling admin and more time doing what you love: creating amazing products and merchandise. Whether you are preparing for a major convention, managing a massive collaborative project, or running an ongoing creator group, Circly centralizes your entire workflow into one app. Bring your circle together, streamline your operations, and elevate your craft with Circly. Key Features: • Organize Your Circles - Manage all your active creator groups and events in one place. Easily browse your Circle members and Fandoms. • Track Inventory - Keep a detailed catalog of your products. Easily add and manage items, custom bundles, and artist commissions. • Manual Sales Ledger - A dedicated hub for logging your daily business records. Log products by adding them to your cart, select quantities, and record how the customer paid. • Pre-Order Management - Create, track, and prepare all your pre-order lists for specific events. Organize them effortlessly by Pick-up or Delivery methods. • Comprehensive Admin Reports - Generate detailed administrative records to see how your events performed, including Circle, Event, and Fandom reports. • Digital QR Display - Upload static images of your public QR codes (like QRIS, SGQR, or DuitNow) to conveniently display to customers at your booth. (Note: Circly is a manual record-keeping tool. No payment processing, validation, or confirmation occurs within the app. It is important to note that payment standards like QRIS, SGQR, and DuitNow are inherently public-facing images designed to be openly displayed at a business counter). Work Completely Offline: Conventions and events often have terrible Wi-Fi. Circly utilizes peer-to-peer technology, allowing you to connect devices and share business records across your local network without needing an active internet connection. Configure a main device as your primary server and perfectly synchronize your team's logged sales and pre-orders. 100% Private & Secure: Circly is an offline-first application. We do not collect, transmit, or save any of your business records to external servers. All of your data is securely saved locally on your own device, giving you total control over your information.
