About Cue: Her Cycle Decoded

Most cycle apps are made for her. Cue is made for you, her partner. Cue takes the science of the menstrual cycle and turns it into plain, practical guidance. See what phase she is in, why her mood and energy are shifting, when her period is due, and what will actually help this week. No guesswork and no medical jargon. WHAT YOU GET • The cycle ring. Her current phase, cycle day and what comes next, with the ovulation and PMS windows mapped out. • Daily playbook. Three practical, phase-specific suggestions each day: what helps, what to avoid, and when to simply listen. • PMS heads-up. A quiet warning before the hard days, so you can lower the noise and bring patience instead of surprise. • Connection insights. Learn how her mood, energy and openness shift across the cycle, so you can pick the right moments for date nights, big conversations and quality time. • Conception mode. If you are trying for a baby, Cue treats the fertile window as a conception window, with timing tips and a two week wait guide written for him. • Cycle health awareness. Cue points out patterns worth a closer look, like irregular cycles, long or skipped periods, and early perimenopause signs, then links you to plain language explainers. • Knowledge base. Honest, readable articles on cycles, mood, connection, conception and reproductive health. Written for partners, not patients. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything you log stays on your phone. We never upload cycle data, symptoms, personal logs or notes, and there is no account to create. Anonymous usage analytics are opt-in and never include the contents of your logs. FREE TO START The essentials are free forever: the cycle ring, phase basics, period predictions and reminders. Cue Pro adds the full daily playbooks, connection insights, conception mode, cycle health alerts and the complete knowledge base. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. PLEASE NOTE Cue is an educational tool. It is not a medical device or a contraceptive method. Cycle predictions are estimates and can be wrong. Use reliable contraception if you are not trying to conceive, and talk to a healthcare professional about any medical concern. What’s new

Version 1.2.0 · Updated October 6, 2026

Cue now learns her cycle, and has a brand-new look. Predictions that learn from her Every period start you log tunes Cue to her real rhythm. Her cycle length, period length and usual variation come from her own history, so the ring, the calendar and every reminder line up with what actually happens. Settings shows what Cue has learned. See what's coming Insights opens with the next two weeks: when her period is due and how much it usually varies, her fertile window, and, once you've logged a couple of her periods, when her PMS signs and symptoms usually start. Below that: her cycle history, when each symptom tends to appear, her typical period and flow, and her mood and energy across each phase. Smarter reminders Reminders are now timed to her real cycle, not a fixed calendar. Get a heads-up the evening before a symptom she regularly gets, a nudge to log the last day of her period, a quick check-in if a few days go by without a log, and a short recap each time a new cycle starts. Log in two taps Three quick-log buttons sit right under the cycle ring: her period, her symptoms and your personal log. Each one slides up just that section. Tap what happened, hit Apply, done. Log any day, not just today The date strip scrolls back two full cycles, so backfilling a missed day takes seconds. Small markers on the home screen and calendar show the days you've logged. When her period runs late If her period is late, Cue now says so instead of quietly starting a new cycle. If it arrived a day or two after the date you logged, log the new date and Cue moves the start and updates every prediction. A fresh design Big rounded cards on a deep, dark canvas with bright lime accents, a bolder cycle ring, new icons throughout, and a new photograph for every guide. Also in this update Per-cycle charts of your logs with averages, more accurate dates in every timezone, and a fix so Pro no longer switches off when Cue can't reach the App Store to check your subscription.
