Shredder - AI Body Scan

Honest progress. No fluff. Shredder gives you an AI-powered read on your physique — a real score, a muscle-group breakdown, and a body composition estimate — from a photo. No guessing where you stand, no vague “you look great” from a mirror. AI BODY SCANS Submit a photo and get back a physique score, an estimated body-fat percentage, and a breakdown across upper body, core, and legs — with specific feedback on what’s strong and what needs work. Your first scan is free. STREAKS THAT MEAN SOMETHING Log gym check-ins, build a streak, and use shields to protect it when life gets in the way. No streak resets you didn’t see coming. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Track your scores over time, share your results with a clean share card, and watch the muscle-group breakdown shift as you train. CLUBS Join or create a private club with friends or your gym. Compete on gym-consistency, and — only if you choose to turn it on — share your physique score to the club leaderboard. Your body-fat percentage is never shared publicly. BADGES & MILESTONES Every streak length, every scan milestone, every personal best — earned, not given. SHREDDER PRO Shredder Pro unlocks unlimited AI scans, the full muscle-group breakdown, complete progress history, and every badge. A NOTE ON THE SCORES Every score, body-fat estimate, and muscle-group read in Shredder is an AI estimate based on visual analysis. It’s not a medical measurement, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional advice — it’s a tool to track your own trend over time. Requires Sign in with Apple. iOS only.
