True Skin does not whiten or smooth skin, and it runs on your phone. VIDEO WITH THE SAME LOOK The film look is rendered into your video, not only your stills: the body, film, grain and halation you see are what land in the file. A cinematic 24 fps, plus a teleprompter for talking to camera. When the phone runs hot, LAM eases its own effects first and tells you what it is doing; it stops a take for heat only when the phone is too hot to go on. Each one is modelled on what the real film is documented to do — its colour lean, contrast, grain and the way its highlights bloom — and no two look alike.
