About Trove - Private Budget Planner

calm money. Trove is a private budget that never touches your bank. You bring your own statements, Trove does the math, and nothing ever leaves your phone. No bank logins. No account. No cloud. No ads. No analytics. Trove makes no network requests at all. It works entirely offline. It is not a promise about how we handle your data. There is no data to handle. WHAT IT DOES Import a CSV or PDF statement from your bank and Trove reads it on your phone. Then it tells you where the month is heading. Projected end of month. What your cash looks like on the last day, based on what has already happened and what usually happens. Pace. Whether you are spending faster or slower than your normal, without a lecture about it. Runway. How many months you have if income stopped. Subscriptions. Recurring charges found in your own history, including the ones you forgot. Simulator. Change a number, see what it does to the month. Goals. Save toward something with a pace marker that tells you if you are on track. FULL TROVE One payment. Not a subscription. Yours for good. Months Ahead, a rolling multi-month forecast. Net Worth, tracked over time. Custom Categories and Rules. Saved Scenarios. Reports and export. Try it free for 14 days. The trial runs on your phone and needs no account. WHAT IT IS NOT Trove does not connect to your bank. It does not ask for credentials. It does not send your transactions anywhere, because it cannot. There are no streaks, no push notifications about lunch, and no opinions about how you spend. The friction of bringing your own data is the point. It is the reason the privacy claim is real instead of a policy page. Your data is yours. Export a complete copy whenever you want, or delete everything in one tap. Made by Sable Creek Software.

What’s new

Version 1.0.5 · Updated October 18, 2026

New: share a statement to Trove from your bank's app, Mail or Files. American Express Business Platinum statements now import. Trove's data is no longer included in iCloud backups, so it stays on your iPhone. Before switching iPhones, export a copy in Settings and import it on the new one. When the app lock is on, the app switcher now shows the trove. mark instead of your accounts. Clear all data now erases everything, including copies of statements you imported. Transactions from the same day stay in the same order everywhere, and Trove works better at large text sizes.
