MediShot — Convert clinical photos to DICOM and send directly to PACS. All from your phone. Send clinical photos taken during outpatient visits or house calls directly to your hospital's PACS — no dedicated camera, USB device, or PC required. Capture, DICOM conversion, and transmission all happen within the app. Automatic face blurring (de-identification) and annotation drawing are also supported, letting you protect patient privacy and organize visual information at the same time. MWM (Modality Worklist) integration Retrieve patient info from a worklist server and send images linked to the order. Scheduled transmission Queue images to send later, with conditions like Wi-Fi only or charging only. Audit log CSV export Export transmission history as CSV (14 fields: patient ID, date/time, count, result, etc.) for record-keeping and incident investigation.
