Ovation: Dance Family Planner

Competition season is a lot. Schedules arrive as PDFs. Call times shift. Costume changes come fast. And somehow the ballet shoes still get left at home. Ovation puts your family's whole dance season in one calm place, so on competition day you're watching your dancer, not hunting through paper schedules. SNAP THE SCHEDULE, SKIP THE TYPING Take a photo of your studio's class schedule or a competition's running order, upload the PDF, or paste the text. Ovation's AI reads it and builds your calendar: classes, routines, performance times and call times. You review everything before it's saved. Studio calendars work too, with closures, recitals and key dates. COMPETITION DAY, CALMER Every routine in order with its performance time, call time and entry number, and the next one marked NEXT UP. Running late? Set the delay and every time on the day shifts to match. Ovation flags tight costume changes before they sneak up on you, and the venue map and directions are one tap away. CONVENTIONS, BY GROUP Each dancer's classes, breaks and awards for their own group, instead of the whole convention grid. EVERY CLASS, EVERY DANCER, ONE WEEK Every class for every dancer on one screen, color-coded, with pickup times in plain words. Week or month, rehearsals and privates included. Skip a class or move one day's time, mark days you're away, and studio closures skip classes for you. Reminders before class, before pickup and before competitions. EVERY ROUTINE, READY Keep each routine's costume, hair, makeup, shoes and accessories with photos, plus choreography videos and music links, so the whole family gets it right. PACKING THAT REMEMBERS A competition checklist built from every routine's look, plus a family bag that starts with the essentials, takes your own items and suggests the rest. Your next competition starts from the bag you built. Every class has its own essentials, with the items you use most one tap away. EVERY RESULT, ALL SEASON Upload the results sheet and Ovation matches the awards to your dancer's routines. Placements, scores and specials in each company's own words, gathered into a season report. Tag awards on your photos, share a season recap card worth sending to the grandparents, and see how far your dancer has come. PRIVATE BY DESIGN A calm, private space for your family's dance journey, not a social network. Your photos, schedules and moments stay yours unless you choose to share them. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Step-by-step guides are one tap away from the screen you're on, and a real person reads every message you send from the app. Built by a dance parent, for dance parents. Free to start; some features require an Ovation Pro subscription. Questions?
