MeraFix is the field companion for appliance repair businesses and their technicians. Manage your day from one screen — no paperwork, no callbacks to the office. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your active jobs at a glance — customer, appliance, problem, status • Open a job for full details: schedule, address with one-tap directions, diagnosis, line items, and photos • Message customers by text right from the job — confirmations, ETAs, and follow-ups, all in one thread • Capture the diagnosis and add line items to build an estimate on site • Record payment (cash, check, or card) the moment the work is done • Share your live location with the customer while you drive, so they know when you'll arrive — and it stops automatically when the visit ends • Calendar view of your day with your next appointment front and center • History of completed work with amounts and payment method BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Big, glove-friendly buttons and clear status colors • Works in bright sunlight (light theme) or low light (dark mode) • Face ID unlock for fast, secure sign-in • Haptic feedback so you know an action landed MeraFix is used by appliance repair shops to dispatch technicians, keep customers informed by SMS, and get paid faster.
