What's new in 1.0.14 • Quick Job from a text: paste a customer's SMS or email and tap Recognize — name, phone, address, appliance, issue and preferred date fill in, and the address is matched automatically. • Creating a job from a call is more reliable: the customer's name is kept exactly as you type it, and calls from former clients no longer block job creation. • Diagnostic-only invoices: a new checkbox next to Estimate bills just the diagnostic fee and is signed with the diagnostic authorization. • Inventory: with stock sharing on, pick a technician to view their stock (read-only). • Technicians can edit notes on their assigned jobs. • Calls: calls you answered yourself show as answered, booked calls are marked Handled, and a badge shows new calls since your last visit. • Chat photos open full screen and swipe through the conversation. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.
