Vertex Meet: Meeting Minutes

Record your meeting. Get complete minutes, not a summary. Vertex Meet turns speech into a structured, ready to send protocol: participants, agenda, decisions and next steps, right on your iPhone or iPad. BUILT FOR ACCURACY CRITICAL WORK Legal, HR, audit and the public sector. Work where the record has to be complete, but not for outside eyes. NOT A SUMMARY Most AI meeting tools compress your meeting into a short summary and lose the details that matter. Vertex Meet rewrites the entire conversation into clean, organized minutes: every topic discussed, every decision, every commitment. Find and replace and dictated corrections polish the protocol. MINUTES THAT CAN SEE (CLOUD PLUS) Photograph the slide, the table or the whiteboard while recording. Vertex Meet reads what is in the picture and writes it into the minutes under the topic that was being discussed, with the time it was taken. A table stays a table. Up to 20 photos per meeting, with no extra hardware. WHY VERTEX MEET - One tap to record, with live status on Dynamic Island and the Lock Screen - AI transcription and a two stage minutes engine - Real time transcription on Cloud Plus: the minutes are ready a few minutes after you stop - Send by email, or export as PDF, Word or plain text - Next steps go straight to Apple Reminders, with two way sync - Sensitive meeting (Pro): names, ID numbers, phone numbers and emails are replaced on your device before processing - Minutes for AI (Pro): share the minutes with sensitive information replaced - On Pro you can start a new meeting while the previous protocol is still being written - Restore the previous version of a protocol after regenerating WORKS IN YOUR LANGUAGE The interface and your minutes are available in Estonian, English, Finnish, Swedish and German. The minutes can also follow the language spoken at the meeting. 8 PROTOCOL TEMPLATES Classic business, 1:1 conversation, sprint planning, sprint retro, training, interview, simple summary, personal notes. Each template has its own headings in the app and in every export; a format you ask for out loud wins. CALENDAR INTEGRATION Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Upcoming meetings are pre filled with title, time and participants. Calendar title and participant names stay on your device and are not sent to the AI. TASKS THAT DO NOT GET LOST Every action item lands in a built in task list and syncs two way with Apple Reminders: complete it in either app, it is done in both. Assignees and deadlines are included. PRIVACY FIRST Your audio is sent only for transcription, and according to OpenAI's own documentation it is not retained. We never store it on our servers. Your meetings, protocols, transcripts and tasks sync through your own iCloud between iPhone and iPad, while audio and photos stay on the device. No telemetry, no tracking, and nothing is sent without your explicit consent. SENSITIVE MEETING (PRO) Turn it on before you record. Names, ID numbers, phone numbers, emails and bank account numbers are found in the text on your device and replaced with pseudonyms before anything is sent for processing; your device puts the real details back into the finished minutes. The audio itself is not masked. According to OpenAI's own documentation, audio sent for transcription is not retained.
