MileShield: Mileage Tracker

The mileage tracker built for 1099 gig drivers. MileShield records every business mile you drive for rideshare and delivery work, including the miles between orders that are easiest to lose. It shows your tax deduction as you drive and turns your year into a Schedule C summary, mapped line by line, for you or your tax preparer. WHY DRIVERS PICK MILESHIELD — Every mile of your shift. Start a shift and MileShield records your drive from clock-in to clock-out, including repositioning to busy areas and the driving between orders. — Work Mode. Turn it on and MileShield detects drives and groups them into shifts for you. Review them later with one tap. — Your route, shift by shift. Explore each shift on a full-screen map, step through every trip, and replay your day. — Built around shifts, not trips. No classifying every drive as business or personal. Mark the occasional personal trip and it's kept on record but never counted. — See what your time is worth. Earnings, dollars per mile, and dollars per hour for every shift and for your year. — Real-time Tax Shield. Your year-to-date deduction and estimated tax, in dollars, updated as you drive. — Schedule C at tax time. Export a PDF and CSV mapped to the lines on IRS Schedule C, with a full audit trail of shifts, trips, and receipts. — Receipts in seconds. Snap a receipt and MileShield reads the details for you, or type it in yourself. — Live on your Lock Screen. Watch miles and deduction count up during a shift. YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE Your shifts, routes, and earnings are stored on your phone. There's no MileShield account and no server of ours holding your routes, and we never sell your data.
