COMMUNITY REFERENCES, PERSONAL PLANS Browse attributed community-reported templates, inspect their sources and copy them into private, editable drafts. Organize your own stages and planned breaks, and review changes before advancing. Templates describe reported use; they are not recommendations. Your personal records are not published to a community feed. OPTIONAL PREMIUM Premium adds product and research references, JSON/CSV data exports, AI food estimates from a description or photo, a personal tracking assistant, and clinician PDF reports. Review and edit food estimates before saving them. AI features require an internet connection. Completing onboarding starts a 14-day Premium preview with no payment or automatic charge. Basic tracking remains free after the preview ends. A subscription is optional and follows the price and renewal terms shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
