Hazel: Acne Trigger Scanner

Get to know the ingredients in the products you use. Hazel helps you explore possible acne-related ingredient flags before you buy something new or revisit your shelf. SCAN, SEARCH, UNDERSTAND • Scan a barcode, search for a product, or scan an ingredient label. • Explore skincare, makeup, haircare, supplements, and foods in the catalog. • Read ingredient explanations and available research sources. • Save products to revisit on your shelf. CONTEXT BEHIND THE RESULT Hazel uses available product information and ingredient research to explain possible concerns. Coverage varies by product. When information is incomplete, you may need to scan the ingredient label before an assessment is available. A score cannot predict your individual reaction or guarantee that a product will work for your skin. FREE AND HAZEL PRO Your first usable scan is free and does not use your weekly allowance. The free plan includes five additional scans per week, with available ingredient explanations and sources included. Hazel Pro offers unlimited scans through monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Trial availability depends on eligibility and the selected plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. PRIVACY Camera images stay on your device; barcode and ingredient recognition run locally. Product lookups, optional contributions, subscription processing, and pseudonymous usage analytics use the services described in our Privacy Policy. We use PostHog to understand how the app is used and improve it. Hazel is for education and information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual reactions vary.
