Warranty Tracker: ShieldLog

A warranty and receipt tracker that respects your purchases and your privacy. If your kitchen drawer is full of crumpled receipts and the warranty card you need is always the one you cannot find, ShieldLog is the proof-of-purchase vault for you. It is built for people who keep buying real things — appliances, electronics, tools, bikes, children's tablets, garden gear — and want every brand, serial number and expiry date in one calm place. No accounts, no analytics, no third-party data lake reading your spending. The receipt vault stays on this device, the warranty manager runs entirely offline, and you decide if and when anything leaves your phone. It is the warranty app for adults who keep their boxes for a reason and would rather store proof-of-purchase as photos than as a feed. Every feature described below is unlocked only with an auto-renewable subscription purchased inside the app. New users receive a 3 day free trial; you may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. Snap a photo of a paper or PDF receipt and on-device receipt scanner OCR pulls store, date, total, item and warranty length in seconds. Each entry becomes a Wallet-style card with brand, serial number and a product photo, and smart reminders fire one month, one week and three days before any warranty expires — making it a quiet warranty reminder rather than a scoreboard of failures. Quick search finds a receipt by store, brand, item or serial, categories cover electronics, appliances, tools, clothing and vehicles, and widgets keep the next expiry glanceable from the Lock Screen. The receipt organizer side of ShieldLog handles edge cases adults actually hit. Multi-item receipts split into separate warranties, extended warranties stack on top of the manufacturer term, and a returns tracker keeps the window in view for items you might send back. A home inventory mode lists what you own room by room, with photos and serials, making insurance claims and moving easier. PDF export prepares a single warranty packet for a return or claim, and CSV export gives you the full receipt log for a spreadsheet or your accountant. Apple Watch shows today's expirations from your wrist, the interface ships in 39 languages with Siri Shortcuts, Focus and VoiceOver, and the product warranty log stays fully on this device — no account, no cloud upload, no analytics. Everything runs offline: OCR, search, the warranty tracker reminders, the widgets and the charts. ShieldLog is built to live with you for a decade of purchases, not a single onboarding screen.
