Focus Shield, powered by Screen Time Choose the apps that pull you away — Instagram, TikTok, games, whatever breaks your flow. During your focus sessions, Tamatem asks Screen Time to shield them, so they simply won't open until your session ends. Shield up to 3 apps for free; Premium removes the limit and adds whole app categories and all-day blocking. Your Screen Time data never leaves your device — we never see what you use, only that a shield is up. Pomodoro, your rhythm Pick your focus intervals, your breaks, your pace.
