Evity Club

Evity Club helps ambitious professionals see how their body handles pressure, and when to recover. EVERY MORNING * Your readiness score, from 0 to 100: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Health, measured against your own baseline, not an average. * A quick check-in first: how sharp you feel, hours worked, stress and drinks.
STEVE, YOUR RECOVERY INTELLIGENCE * Big meeting tomorrow? Head still at work at 10 pm? Talk it through. Steve listens, then helps you find the next step. * He coaches you using Evity Club’s recovery tools and, once you have one, your monthly report. * An AI recovery coach, off until you switch him on.
SEE PATTERNS EVERY MONTH * Your report at app.evityclub.com shows the patterns you can’t see day to day: readiness, sleep and baseline across the month.
WHEN IT MATTERS * Decision journal: log the big calls with your confidence, then look back at how they played out. * Evening reflection: what worked and what you’ll change tomorrow. * Deep work timer: log your focused hours.
PRIVACY * Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). If you switch Steve on, your conversations with him are handled by our AI provider in the US. * Journal entries, decisions and deep work notes are encrypted on your iPhone. The key stays in your iPhone’s Keychain and is never sent to Evity Club. * Face ID lock, data export and account deletion are built in.
MEMBERSHIP * Evity Club membership: 14 days free, then a monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy. * Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. * The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. * Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
WHAT YOU NEED * An iPhone and an Apple Watch or another wearable that writes sleep and heart rate data to Apple Health. Evity Club is a wellbeing tool for healthy working adults.
