Property Photo Notes

Property Photo Notes is a field notebook for real estate agents. Walk a property, snap a photo, tag the area, add a quick note, and send your client a clean report with your name on it before you're back at the car. FAST IN THE FIELD • Take a photo, pick the area, type a note, move on • Quick-tap areas from Kitchen and Primary Bath to Well / Water, Septic, Propane, Solar and Outbuildings • Mark up any photo: circle the stain, point to the crack. The original photo is kept • Flag anything that needs a follow-up: seller questions, repairs, documents to request • Photos stay in the app, out of your personal camera roll SEND THE CLIENT SOMETHING GOOD • Your headshot, logo, name, brokerage, license number, phone and email at the top of every report • Property Summary PDF with large photos, your markup and every note • Every photo shows when it was taken; every page shows when the report was exported • Follow-Up PDF with just the open items • Walkthrough Notes PDF grouped by area, including Systems & Utilities and Land & Outbuildings • Email or text the report to your client right from the app, or save it to Files or print it LISTING PREP, READY TO GO • Quick Items: tap stock seller to-dos like smoke and CO alarms, water heater straps, GFCI outlets, home, roof and pest inspections, and well and septic inspections for rural listings • Save your own Quick Items with your own photo and wording • Listing template: star your go-to items and they're added to every new listing automatically • Ranked to-do list: put any photo note on the list and drag it into order of importance • One-page to-do summary with checkboxes your seller can tick off, and page numbers pointing to each photo • Add "Prepared for" with your client's name on the report BUILT FOR REAL PROPERTIES Made by a working California agent who sells rural homes and land as well as houses in town. Wells, pressure tanks, septic, off-grid solar and outbuildings get their own place in the notes, not lumped under "Other." Great for listing prep, buyer showings, seller walkthroughs, investor and land tours, short-term-rental setup, and contractor punch lists. PRICING Property Photo Notes Pro starts with a 1-month free trial for new subscribers, then renews at $24.99 per year until you cancel in your Apple Account settings. Prefer to pay once? Buy Lifetime access instead. If a trial or subscription ends, everything you already captured stays in the app to view and share. Walkthrough Notes are informal working notes, not a disclosure. They don't replace the C.A.R. Form AVID or any other required form.
