About Tender IFS

Tender IFS is a guided reflection app inspired by parts work. Use voice or chat sessions to slow down, notice what is present, and build a private map of the parts of you that need care. Tender summarizes sessions, tracks parts, and keeps a journal of insights so each reflection can build on the last. Tender Plus includes a 7-day free trial with 300 reflection minutes total. After the trial, monthly plans include 1,000 reflection minutes each month and annual plans include 15,000 reflection minutes each month for voice or chat. Tender is not crisis support, medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
