Hier Jobs

About Hier Jobs

New @handles. Companies now show an @handle on their posts in your feed, and you can find companies and candidates by handle in search. New candidates pick a handle when they sign up. Existing candidates get a prompt to choose one. Businesses can see and change theirs from their profile. Hier AI summaries for businesses. The application screen now shows a written summary, strengths, points to check, suggested interview questions and a recommended next step. Improved Clearer CV builder. "AI help" is now "Suggest" and "Suggest wording". It never overwrites what you've typed. You can keep yours, add the suggestion to it, or replace it. Summaries now read correctly ("I am a…", "an" before vowels). Faster CV opening from the applicants list and candidate profiles. "Generate with AI" for job descriptions only appears when it's actually available on your plan. Simpler invite sign-up. If you follow an invite from a business, you're set up as a candidate without being asked to choose an account type. Fixed A screen that flickered endlessly for people who had to set a new password on first login (including invited candidates). Invite sign-ups could end up with no connection to the business that invited them.
