To promote inclusivity and accessibility, the system supports multilingual usage, including Odia and English, enabling citizens from all regions and backgrounds to use the platform with ease. A Chatbot Assistant, available on the homepage, further assists users in filing complaints, checking grievance status, and accessing frequently asked information without the need for manual intervention. For administrators and grievance officers, the portal offers a comprehensive back-office module that enables them to view, assign, escalate, and resolve complaints within defined service timelines.
