ScrollControl

ScrollControl is a simple widget helping turn the time you don't spend scrolling into something tangible: your precious time back. It simply gives you visibility, pauses, nudges and breaks from the apps that steal too much of your time. Your saved minutes compound into months and years and shows exactly how much time you are saving and on track to keep. Most screen-time apps measure what you've used. ScrollControl measures what you've kept. And gives you the insight and tools to keep more. WHAT YOU GET * YEARS OF TIME BACK Your saved scroll time, projected forward, in months and years — using waking hours only (16 of every 24, not 24). A one-way ratchet: never resets, never decreases. * MINDFUL PAUSES AND NUDGES, NEVER BLOCKS A moment when you open tracked apps. Not a wall. Not a shame screen. Just a pause to ask: is this worth it? * SEE WHAT YOUR TIME IS WORTH Set your hourly rate. Watch your virtual savings bank fill as you stay under target. Optionally, give a slice to charity each month — your time, on the side of something real. * STREAKS & WILLPOWER Track good days, willpower wins, and your 12-week journey on the Time Back report. The numbers tell your transformation story without you having to. * HOME SCREEN WIDGET Your saved time, always visible — tap to open the report. * PRIVACY FIRST No tracking, no ads, no data sales. Your scroll history never leaves your device. THE MATH IS HONEST We use 16 waking hours per day in our projections — a "day reclaimed" is a day you'd actually live consciously, not 24 hours that include sleep. Numbers update from your real saving rate over the last 28 days. SUBSCRIPTION ScrollControl is free to download. A monthly subscription unlocks features. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings — no friction. The subscription auto-renews until you cancel; you'll be charged through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
