About IronFlow: Gym Strength Tracker
Build a strength plan you can follow and adjust. Log each set at the gym, review lifting progress, and keep supported imported cardio in the same training history. Plan your training Choose templates including 5/3/1, nSuns, GZCLP, Greyskull LP, Push Pull Legs (PPL), PHUL, and TSA Intermediate. Create multi-week plans with training days, exercises, sets, reps, target weights, and notes. With an account, generate a starting plan using your goal, experience, equipment, training days, and session length. Sign in and connect your Google account to import or export plans with Google Sheets. Use the web app at https://www.ironflow.fit/ to organize your plan, then sign in to sync it with your phone. Track each session Record sets, reps, weight, RPE (rate of perceived exertion), and exercise notes. Use the built-in rest timer, log cardio alongside lifting, and choose kilograms or pounds. Workout logging also works offline. See your strength progress Review exercise history, personal records, training volume, and estimated one-rep max. Compare sessions to see how your training changes over time. Bring cardio into your training history On supported devices, connect Apple Health and allow read access to import supported cardio activities and bodyweight. IronFlow reads this data only and does not write workouts back to Apple Health. Start without an account Try IronFlow in guest mode without an account. Guest workouts stay on your device. Sign in to sync training across devices. Free and Pro Workout logging, basic progress tracking, and basic training templates are free. A free account can save one plan and gets one daily request for either plan generation or an assisted import. Pro adds advanced analytics, allows up to five saved plans, and removes the daily request limit for plan generation and assisted imports. Plan generation and assisted imports require an account.
