Bank statements can help you prepare income and expense records. Credit card statements can help you prepare expense records. Review transaction details, correct any errors, and choose which records to save. This feature is in Beta. Results may vary by institution, statement layout, and PDF quality. Not every format or transaction is supported. MapleLedger does not connect to your bank or credit card account or initiate payments. PDF RECEIPT SCANNING & PREVIEW Upload supported PDF receipts and invoices directly without first converting them to images. Review OCR suggestions before saving. View saved PDF attachments within the app. ACCOUNT LEVEL & BENEFITS Registered users can earn XP through eligible activity and unlock benefits, including increased monthly Account Scans, up to 12 Account Scans per month through Level progression, and Reward Points at selected Levels for additional scans. Account Level benefits are separate from Premium and Premium Lite subscriptions. EXPENSE SUBMISSION WORKFLOW Create and manage expense reports for reimbursement, scan supporting receipts and PDFs, and organize submissions separately from regular bookkeeping. Export reports with attachments and clickable receipt links in supported export packages. BACKUP, RESTORE & EXPORT Create local backups and restore your data when needed. Eligible paid subscribers can also authorize Google Drive to back up and restore MapleLedger records through their own Google account. Supported exports may include clickable links from spreadsheet entries to corresponding receipt and supporting files. PRIVACY FIRST Your saved financial records are stored on your device by default. MapleLedger does not use its servers as a general-purpose cloud storage system for your bookkeeping records. Receipt, invoice, and statement scanning may send document information for OCR processing. Optional Google Drive backups are stored in the Google account you authorize. You control when to save, export, back up, or share your records. IMPORTANT OCR scanning is an assistive feature.
