Sesame: Recipe Saver

That recipe you saw on Instagram? Saved, never opened again. The link your mom texted you? Buried in Messages. The TikTok you liked? Lost in a sea of saves. You didn’t forget them. They just never turned into something you could cook from. Sesame turns each one into a recipe you can actually make. SAVE FROM ANYWHERE • Instagram posts and Reels • TikTok • YouTube • Facebook and Pinterest • Any food blog or recipe site • Text you paste in • Up to three photos of a cookbook page or a long screenshot, merged into one recipe You can also share straight from the app you're already in. Tap share, pick Sesame, and the import starts in front of you. What you get back is the recipe. No ads, no life stories, no scrolling. YOUR PERSONAL COOKBOOK • Everything you've saved in one place, and a search that finds it • Collections like Easy Dinners, Desserts, or Meal Prep • A grocery list that adds up amounts across recipes, sorts by aisle, and remembers what's already in your kitchen • Send a recipe by link. It opens as a real web page for people who don't have Sesame, and keeps the credit to whoever posted it GROCERY LIST • Add a recipe's ingredients with one tap • The same ingredient from different recipes gets added up • Sorted by aisle, and you can rearrange the aisles • Spices and oils you've bought before show up under "Probably in your kitchen", so you can skip them • Share the list, and it's backed up to your account COOK MODE • Full screen, one step at a time • Ingredients are in bold in each step, so you can see what to grab • Tap a time in the instructions to start a timer • The screen stays awake while your hands are covered in flour CONVERT & SCALE • Switch any recipe between imperial and metric • Cups to grams that account for the ingredient, because a cup of flour and a cup of honey aren't the same weight • Scale the servings and every quantity follows TRANSLATE ANY RECIPE • Saved a recipe in Spanish, French, Italian or another language? Tap once and read it in English • Every amount is checked against the original, so a teaspoon never turns into a tablespoon • Switch back to the original whenever you want FREE VS PREMIUM Free forever: 10 recipes, one photo import, one recipe translation, and the grocery list. Premium unlocks unlimited saves, cook mode, converter, PDF export, and unlimited photo imports and translations. 7-day free trial on annual. Importing from links, collections, and sharing are unlimited on both plans. The free tier limits how many recipes you keep, not what you can do with them. WHY IT COSTS WHAT IT COSTS Most recipe apps can save a web page. Sesame reads video. It takes the caption and what the cook says out loud, which is how a recipe that only ever existed in someone's Reel comes back to you as an ingredient list and numbered steps. Sesame is built by one person, and I answer the support email myself. Terms of Use: https://getsesameapp.com/terms
