Flow Todo

Flow Todo is a calm, rhythmic to-do app for people who care more about doing the work than decorating it. It is built around a simple idea: most task apps make you fight with checkboxes, badges, and red numbers. Flow Todo does the opposite. Tasks move like water — gently surfacing what matters now, quietly holding what can wait, and tracking the time you actually spend in deep focus. If you have ever wanted a to-do list that feels less like an inbox and more like a breath, this is the one. — THE RHYTHM — Flow Todo organises your day into three natural currents: • Urgent — what truly needs you today • Flowing — what's in motion this week • Backlog — quiet work waiting for its moment You decide what belongs where. The app never nags, never piles on red badges, and never tries to gamify your guilt. — FOCUS SESSIONS — Tap any task to begin a focus session. A gentle timer counts the minutes you spend in deep work, builds your daily and weekly streak, and feeds your stats so you can see where your time actually goes — by category, by tag, by week. No leaderboards. No streaks shaming. Just an honest mirror of your work. — DESIGNED LIKE A SANCTUARY — Every screen is shaped by water. Soft gradients, quiet animations, calm haptics, and a typography that breathes. Flow Todo is the kind of app you keep open — not because it shouts, but because it doesn't. Built for iPhone and iPad, with a sidebar layout on larger screens that lets you keep your stream, your focus session, and your stats in view at the same time. — PRIVACY AS A FEATURE — Flow Todo collects nothing. No analytics. No ad SDKs. No crash trackers. No accounts. Your tasks live on your device — and, if you opt in to Flow Pro, in your own private iCloud database under your Apple ID.
