About iQ: Quit Smoking Tracker
Make your next smoke-free day feel possible. iQ puts your quit-smoking progress, craving support, and personal goals in one place—without an account. SEE WHAT YOU’RE BUILDING Watch your smoke-free time grow on a flip clock. Track estimated cigarettes skipped and money saved, based on the smoking habits you enter. Keep your progress close with Home Screen widgets and the Apple Watch companion. HAVE A PLAN FOR CRAVINGS Open SOS when an urge arrives. Rate the craving, identify a trigger, and choose a short breathing, hydration, walking, or motivation activity. Save how it went and look back at your patterns. MAKE SMALL STEPS COUNT Earn achievement badges for time without cigarettes, support activities, and personal milestones. Core achievements are free. Choose an optional daily mission to earn XP and grow your iQ Core. Your XP stays if you miss a day. GIVE YOUR SAVINGS A PURPOSE Create a reward goal, add a photo, and see how your estimated savings bring it closer. One active goal is free. Complete it to make room for your next goal; completed goals stay in your history. EXPLORE RECOVERY MILESTONES Explore the full free timeline of general recovery estimates after quitting. These milestones are educational, not a measurement of your health; individual recovery varies. OPTIONAL PREMIUM Premium adds unlimited active goals, full craving history, 30- and 90-day insights, weekly reflections, savings forecasts, recovery visuals, and environmental impact estimates. The timer, SOS tools, recovery timeline, core badges, and daily missions remain free. MADE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY • A clear design with glass details and warm gradients • A shorter setup to get your quit journey started • Your personal reason for quitting, close at hand • Reminders and shareable progress cards • Support for multiple languages Your quit data is stored on your device. No account is required. iQ is a self-management tool, not medical advice. For treatment decisions, talk with a qualified healthcare professional. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or Lifetime Premium with one payment. Premium is optional. Terms of Use: https://iqtracker.app/terms
What’s new
Version 1.4.2 · Updated October 14, 2026
Achievement cards now stay dark in Dark Mode. Larger-text layouts keep pack prices and savings amounts easier to read on iPhone and iPad. • Achievement celebrations use dark backgrounds with clear text, including when Increase Contrast is enabled. • The full Cost per Pack label stays visible on iPad at the largest text sizes, with the price field below it. • Savings amounts in goal details have more room at larger text sizes. Your progress, achievements and saved goals remain unchanged.
