Guard: Privacy & Family Safety

Guard shows you exactly what every app on your phone really accessed — and now helps you look after your family's screen time too. Import your iPhone's App Privacy Report and Guard turns it into clear, evidence-based answers. See which apps accessed your camera, microphone, location and contacts, which internet domains they contacted, and how that behaviour changes over time. NEW IN 1.6 — FAMILY PROTECTION Set up Family Protection from the Home tab. Guard works with Apple's Screen Time controls so you choose which apps and categories to limit, set routines such as bedtime or homework time, pause everything, or grant extra time when it's earned. CHORES & REWARDS — Create chores, let your child mark them done, review the result, and reward them with points or extra time. PAIR YOUR CHILD'S IPHONE — Send an invitation to your child's Apple Account by QR code, Messages, WhatsApp or link. Both devices need iCloud and Screen Time permission. YOUR PRIVACY REPORT EXPLORE — Investigate any app or domain in your report. Guard identifies known providers (analytics, advertising, infrastructure) and explains in plain English why an app likely accessed each sensor. CHANGES — Import a new report and Guard shows you exactly what changed: new apps, new domains, new sensor access. No guesswork. ACTIONS — Guard recommends specific permission changes, links you straight to Settings, then verifies in your next report whether the change took effect. PRIVACY RECEIPT (PRO) — Export a professional PDF summary of your privacy evidence: a personal summary, a detailed audit, or a privacy-safe version that redacts app identities, domains and exact timestamps. COMMUNITY — Vote on what Guard builds next. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Guard has no account and no Guard servers holding your data. Your App Privacy Report is analysed entirely on your device — Guard never uploads your report, your evidence, or your findings. If you use Family Protection, chores, rewards and pairing details are shared between your family's devices through your own iCloud, not through Guard. FREE AND PRO Free gives you your full privacy summary, changes, actions, community, and a preview of Explore. Personal Pro unlocks unlimited app and domain profiles, full search, the complete permission breakdown per app, and Privacy Receipt. FAMILY PLAN Family Protection is part of the Family plan, an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that also includes everything in Personal Pro. Only the parent subscribes — your child's paired iPhone does not need its own plan. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Available in 8 languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified).
