AI Super: Construction Manager

AI Super puts a full-time AI superintendent in your pocket — handling the communication and logistics that make or break a residential construction project. Meet Jim. Jim is your AI superintendent. Every morning Jim sends your crew their tasks for the day. Every evening Jim reviews their progress videos, updates the schedule, and prepares tomorrow's assignments. Jim never sleeps, never forgets, and never drops the ball. AUTOMATIC SCHEDULES Jim generates a complete day-by-day schedule from your project scope. Tasks are automatically assigned to the right workers based on trade and availability. No more scheduling headaches. COMPLETE MATERIAL LISTS Get a full material list with quantities before the job starts. Jim calculates exactly what you need so you can order materials once and get to work. ACCURATE COST ESTIMATES Ask Jim any question about your project costs, labor, or materials and get an instant answer based on your actual job data. DAILY PROGRESS TRACKING Workers submit short video walkthroughs each evening. Jim watches them, flags issues, and adjusts tomorrow's plan automatically. CREW MANAGEMENT Assign workers to jobs, track clock-ins and clock-outs, and see exactly who is doing what on every job site — all from your phone. SMS TASK NOTIFICATIONS Jim sends workers their daily task assignments by text message every morning. Workers always know exactly what to do, even before they arrive on site.
