Rate It: Rank Anything

Rate It is a personal rating system that works the way you do. Most review apps are built for the crowd — public scores, trending lists, and recommendations driven by algorithms you don't control. Rate It is different. It's yours. Create custom rating categories for anything that matters to you — restaurants, hotels, bars, movies, books, hiking trails. Define your own criteria. Score on your own scale. Build a personal record of every experience worth remembering. Why Rate It? — Your framework, not someone else's stars — Custom categories built around what you actually care about — Capture ratings in the moment, reference them forever — Share with people you trust, not strangers on the internet — Filter and compare scores across your group — No algorithm, no ads, no noise When you're ready to go beyond solo ratings, Rate It Shared Upgrade lets you share any category with people whose opinions actually matter to you. Members add their own ratings using your criteria, attach photos to remember the moment, and you can filter by member or see scores averaged across the group. When more than one person weighs in, Rate It blends everyone's notes into a quick summary — so you get the group's take without reading every entry. The same personal framework — now with the perspectives that are worth having. Built for people who care about quality experiences.
