Life League Fantasy

Life League is the social habit tracker that works like a fantasy league. Draft real-life activities, compete with friends in weekly matchups, and let our AI commentator roast your victories (and failures) along the way. Turn your daily habits, goals, and streaks into a competitive sport. HOW IT WORKS: Create a league with friends, family, or coworkers — leagues start with as few as 2 players. Each week you're matched against an opponent. Earn points for healthy habits. Lose points for vices. Highest score wins the week. DRAFT YOUR ROSTER: Pick your starting lineup from 30+ activities across four categories: ATHLETICS — Running, cycling, basketball, swimming, gym sessions, and more WELLNESS — Cooking, reading, meditation, journaling, sleep, hydration SOCIAL — Quality time with friends, family dinners, dates, volunteering VICES — Lose points for screen binges, drinking, smoking, junk food STRATEGIC DEPTH: Not just habit tracking-build your winning strategy • Draft multipliers to boost your best activities • Bench low-performers and adjust your lineup weekly • Daily caps prevent one marathon from winning everything AI TRASH TALK: Every league gets an AI commissioner that calls out big plays, roasts slumps, and delivers breaking news on your league. Set the roast intensity from supportive hype-man to ruthless trash-talker. Nobody in last place is safe. SEASON FORMAT: • 6-12 week regular season • Playoff brackets for top performers • Championship crowns a season winner • Season Rewind highlights your journey ACCOUNTABILITY THAT ACTUALLY WORKS: This isn't a solo habit tracker you'll abandon in a week. When your friends can see your score (and talk trash), you show up differently. Social accountability turns your goals into games you don't want to lose. WHY LIFE LEAGUE? Real competition with friends, not just streaks A weekly challenge that keeps you motivated all season Celebrates balance, not perfection Actually fun to use It's not fantasy sports. It's real life.
